ICV – Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT) Card
For multinational company transfers.
Eligibility & Categories
- Managers / Specialists (ICT – Long-term mobility):
- At least 6 months of uninterrupted employment with the sending company immediately before transfer.
- Higher professional qualifications or at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Management position or specialised knowledge of the company's operations, products, or services.
- Trainees (ICT – Trainees): University degree, no previous employment with the sending company required. The purpose of the assignment is to obtain training or to further develop career prospects (international exchange programme).
- Short-term mobility (up to 90 days within any 180-day period): For occasional business trips (e.g., meetings, conferences). No EU ICT Card required, but a business visa (Schengen) may still be necessary.
Maximum Stay
- Managers/Specialists (ICT – Long-term mobility): up to 3 years.
- Trainees (ICT – Trainees): up to 1 year.
- Short-term mobility: Up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
- No permanent residence path.
