Employer Requirements (LMIA‑Exempt)
Under the Global Talent Stream, employers do not need a standard LMIA. Instead, they must:
- Submit a Labour Market Benefits Plan
- Pay the employer compliance fee ($1,000)
- Provide a job offer for a specialised tech role
