Employer Withdrawal

Employer Breach
Employer breach may require contractual review. Legal remedies may be available depending on the nature of the breach and applicable law.
Candidate Withdrawal
Candidate withdrawal may remain the candidate's responsibility under the terms of the signed agreement. Recovery obligations may continue.
Qualifying Insured Event
A qualifying insured event may be referred to the insurer. Only events covered by the actual insurance policy will be considered.
Fraud or Misrepresentation
Fraud or material misrepresentation may exclude protection and invalidate the agreement. All information must be truthful and complete.
