How to have your foreign qualification recognised in Germany.
Why Recognition Matters
For many work visas (Skilled Worker Visa, EU Blue Card), your foreign qualification must be recognised as comparable to a German degree or vocational training certificate. If your qualification is not recognised, you may not be eligible for these visas. However, the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) can also be obtained with a partially recognised qualification (4 points).
